Hey! Get your mind out of the gutter We're talking about size of Kissimmee Florida accommodations...

I'll give you something else to visualize. Lets picture it... you're going on a Disney family vacation in Kissimmee with your spouse and kids. And just maybe some good friends of yours think this is great idea and decide to join you in the fun. We have to find a couple of Florida hotel room to book, right?.

Wrong, dead wrong.

You are going to do much better with a vacation home or villa. Do you know what the average size of an American hotel room actually is? It's about 325 square feel (13ft x 25ft) - probably not much bigger than your garage. Even so called luxury hotel rooms generally average just over 470 square feet. The hoteliers are actually even scaling back the size of the rooms in newer hotels to save money.

Unless you're that family from "Honey I shrunk the kids" I gotta tell ya, that's small.

You are traveling with your family - why would you want to stick them all into a room the size of your garage at home? A vacation home or villa gives you the space of a full house. Stretch out and relax.

Vacation homes win for size hands down. Sorry guys but, the hotels and motels end up feeling a little bit self conscience...
